A western reporter in the Middle East sent me this (I cite with her permission): "I've been watching CNN/ BBC/Al Jazeera english nonstop And normally when there's an assassination in Lebanon CNN goes all out yellow breaking news/ live crosses etc. And ok it wasn't in downtown Beirut... but it makes me wonder if their lack of coverage this time had anything to do with the fact it was a pro syrian target?"
