It is indeed sexist if you think that Sarah Palin is not competent or qualified but that George W. Bush is. I mean, there is nobody who is less qualified and more incompetent than Bush. There is a scene in Woodward's book where Bush is asserting that Maliki needs to learn how to run a nation, and that Bush is intent on teaching him. After 7 years in office, Bush is still not capable of running a potato, let alone a nation.
