"This is no longer 1968 and the invasion of Czechoslovakia, when a great power invaded a small neighbor and overthrew its government." I like this position of principle by Rice. I mean, can you imagine a great power, like the U.S., invading a small country (neighbor or not a neighbor) and overthrowing its government? The U.S. would never do anything like that. Good for you Rice, for setting the record straight. I was expecting you to speak about the birth pangs of a new Georgia.
