"The documents were seized shortly after the fall of Baghdad by Kanan Makiya, an Iraq-born emigre who teaches at Brandeis University and heads a private group called the Iraq Memory Foundation." I can't believe how many lies and fabrications Makiya peddles per day. What is this that he personally seized the documents? They were captured by U.S. occupation troops with Ahmad Chalabi's hired goons, and then they were stolen by this U.S. funded-foundation.
