Ayatullahs for Occupation. So I was reading a statement by Iraqi Shi`ite cleric Muhammad Taqi Al-Mudarrissi. He was offering criticisms of the new US occupation-for-ever treaty, and he said: "It is not in the interest of a great power like the U.S. to undermine the sovereignty of Iraq because this treaty humiliate the dignity of people..." So the treaty does all that but not the American occupation? Go...play chess o cleric.
