A reporter in Washington, DC sent me this (quoted with her/his permission): "I covered the State of the Union Address a couple weeks ago and when I began to ask Senator Barbara Boxer about the killings in Gaza, she turned away from me and walked to another reporter. But Senator Bernie Sanders was frank with me over that question. I asked him if he condemns Israeli killings of Palestinian mothers, fathers, and children--and he caught me off guard when he shouted "YES" without delay....I asked Kucinich why he didn't vote no on the bill to support Israel's last war on Lebanon. He said that it was because the bill was worded in a way that made it read like Israel has no right to exist. Then he told me about his trip to Lebanon...."
