Al-Arabiya TV airs so much more propaganda (on behalf of the Bush administration) than Fox News. Every day, Al-Arabiya TV now inserts a segment about how life is returning to normal in some section of Iraq, and they would always interview "Um Muhammad" or somebody who ALWAYS sounds reading from a script. Conspiracy? What conspiracy? What do you think that the US propaganda office in Dubai has anything to do with this? I think that the US propaganda office in Dubai is mostly concerned with the plight of women in the Gulf, and with the growing problem of sexual slavery, don't you think?
