While Ron Paul has made some sensible criticisms of US foreign policy that have not been made by even Democratic candidates during this election season, one should not forget his lousy libertarian domestic agenda. (Read Kinsley's critique of his agenda here). Also, in the last debate, Paul started to soften his criticisms of Israel. In the same debate, Guiliani not only bragged about his many trips to Israel and his friendship with the comatose Sharon--he said that he gets along particularly well with Sharon's toes--but he listed among his foreign policy experience his expulsion of Arafat from an event in NYC.
