People in the US can vote: ONLY in AMERICA. Do you notice that US media cover American elections as if the US is the only country in the world that holds elections? Do you also notice that when the results are announced they always say: and you don't see tanks in the streets when the results are announced. What image of the world do the media have? They think that tanks appear on the streets when results of elections are announced in Sweden or Norway? And do the US media know that more than 100 countries are democratic--not that I am impressed with democracy, of course.
