When I see references to "chief-of-operations" of the Lebanese Army, I wonder. What are the operations of the Lebanese Army? Lebanon was under attack by Israel, from air, land, and sea, and the Army did not initiate any "operations". Wait. I think I know. The operations are the supply of the troops with shish tawuq sandwiches. I hear that they are popular with the troops. Also, was the destruction of the Nahr Al-Barid camp an "operation"?
