International Corruption. Today I read that the World Health Organization will give a special award to Saudi King, `Abdullah, for his efforts against smoking. I don't know what that means. A former US ambassador in Saudi Arabia told me that the King smokes in private but is keen (for Wahhabiyyah reasons) on not being seen smoking.
