From Arabiyya.net: "On July 3, the Saudi-owned Al Arabiya.net news website carried the following report by Hayyan Nawwaf: “A Kuwaiti academic and psychology researcher warned against the spread of the “fourth gender” phenomenon in the Gulf states. He cautioned that this phenomenon was present in Kuwait in some schools and ministries and that the number was estimated by the thousands. Researcher Dr. Abdullah Al-Awadi defined the “fourth gender” as being the transformation of women into men by acquiring male characteristics such as short hair, wearing men’s clothes, rough voices, the removal of the veil and the changes in the reproductive organs."
