"QUESTION: Yeah, the Lebanese army resumed shelling this morning of the -- today of the Palestinian refugee camp near Tripoli. I wondered if you have comment on that, and particularly on the humanitarian situation in the camp. Is the U.S. involved in any way in trying to alleviate some of those problems?
MR. CASEY: Well, it's a tough situation, but the Lebanese Government is doing what it needs to to be able to fight against a very dangerous terrorist group, and to bring law and order throughout the country. And certainly, we support their efforts to do that. They've assured us that they're going to do everything they can in conducting these operations to minimize its impact on the civilian population in the camps and we do want to see them carry through with that."
