Nur Ash-Sharif (probably the most famous Egyptian actor today) was on Rabi`ah Az-Zayat's Sijal program on NBN (she is a rare thoughtful and analytical journalist). He told the story of how he had a movie to make that was against privatization. He said that he went to a producer (with whom he had worked) and told him about the movie. The producer frankly told him that he is for privatization and that he can't support such a movie. The movie was not made.
