Joe Sarkis is the Lebanese Forces minister in the Lebanese cabinet. He is Minister of (sex) Tourism, and can be credited for this avalanche of tourists into Lebanon this season. Mr. Sarkis sold expensive segments on tourism in Lebanon to the LBC-TV (owned by, well you guessed, the Lebanese Forces). So the Lebanese Forces sold ads to the Lebanese Forces and the Lebanese taxpayers paid for them.
