I never usually cite approvingly the Maronite Patriarch of Lebanon, Nasrallah Sfayr (who has a massive hat collection--search the archives NOW). But he said something interesting the other day. In a meeting with Christian politicians aligned with the Hariri family, he asked them: what will the position of the Hariri family be if there is another regime in Syria. He was rightly implying that the Hariri family will be more than willing to bring back Syrian regime domination in Lebanon--if the "right" regime is installed.
