American foreign policy is suffering from a serious crisis: American-funded and armed forces in the Middle East (Iraqi puppet forces, Dahlan militias in Palestine, Somali warlords, and Lebanese armed forces) are performing really really lousily. That only proves my theory: that no matter how much you spend on a force, it will not fight well if it does not have strong motivation, and what Plato called "spiritness."
