Saudi reforms continue. Saudi Ministry of Interior issued this statement: "Fayiz bin Bashir bin Mala`ib Al-`Anzi who is a Saudi national has committed robbery from one of the houses...and by the grace of God, the security authority was able to arrest this mentioned guilty person and the investigation led to his conviction in the crime. And after being referrred to the public court, a Shari`ah ruling was issued in his case, and it confirmed what was attributed to him, and the sentence for robbery [was issued], which is cutting off his arm from the shoulder joint..."
