Tow things made me certain that the turmoil in Iraq will finally end. 1) Prince Harry is going to Iraq and that should bring about the kind of dramatic reduction of violence comparable to the impact of the famous Bush's surge; 2) The speeches by Arab foreign ministers today in Sharm Ash-Shaykh should change people's attitudes in Iraq.
