In one newscast, LBC-TV (the TV station of the Lebanese Forces militia) reported that the majority of the Palestinian civilians have left the Nahr Al-Barid refugee camp and that Fath-Al-Islam has prevented the refugees in Nahr Al-Barid from leaving the camp to use them as "human shield."
