I watched Muwaffaq Ar-Rubay`i (that is his code name from Hizb Ad-Da`wah) on CNN. If this is the face of the new Iraq (the government that is, not the people), the old one and the new one are indistinguishable. At least Mr. Cooper confronted him about his past statements regarding "successes" and "victories." But Rubay`i is the kind of a person that you feel is lying even if you ask him about his name (well, it is true in that case too).
