I saw Fadi Ghandur (founder and CEO of Aramex) on Al-Arabiyya TV. I only watched the first hour (unfortunately the host allowed `Amr Musa to speak too much). The subject of the forum was job creation in the Arab world. Fadi said that "political proposals"--whatever that means--is responsible for the flight of young people away from their countries, and he gave the example of Palestine, Lebanon, and Iraq. Yes, Fadi: "political proposals" may be deadly and dangerous, but more deadly--especially in the countries that you mentioned--are: foreign occupations and bombs over people's heads (not mention lousy economic policies dictated by World Bank and IMF).
PS To the embarrassment of Al-Arabiya TV, the member of the panel who was most critical of the US, was the invited Saudi professor from King Saud University. Let us hope that House of Saud does not behead him on the way back home.
