The secretary-general of the UN keeps referring to "intelligence reports" about Syrian arming of Hizbullah. But he met with a delegation of Hizbullah, and two of the members (Muhammad Fnaysh and Nawwaf Al-Musawi) said that Mr. Ban never brought up the issue of Syrian shipments of arms to Hizbullah.
