Today, the puppet prime minister of Iraq, Nuri Al-Maliki, declared the new security plan for Baghdad a success. But the media forgot to add that Mr. Bush has made it clear that if the plan does not work, Maliki would be ousted. So how could Miliki declare the plan a failure, even when it fails?
