The Qatari foreign minister ostensibly wants to improve relations between the US and the "Islamic world." So the Qatari government asked Martin Indyk, of all people, to organize an annual conference in Doha. So the assumption is that Indyk speaks for the US or the "Islamic world" of for both? Or is the assumption that luminaries of the Israeli lobby and its affiliate organizations now speak for the "Islamic world"?
