I read the full text of the new Iraqi puppet law on Oil and Gas. There is an excellent critique of it by an expert that I shall link to soon. What struck me about reading it is this: it was clearly originally written in English, and then translated into Arabic (just like the Lebanese government "reform" plan). In occupied Iraq, even traffic signs and all instructions for people are clearly written in English first, and then translated. And they are often replete with grammatical mistakes. Enjoy.
