Bremer was talking about one of his advisers in Baghdad and said: "...with the guidance of Senior Adviser for sports, Mounzer Fatfat..." (p. 286). That is right. Mounzer Fatfat (the brother of Ahmad). In fact, I now suggest that we install a Fatfat in every Arab country.
