This kind of analysis bothers me. I heard it last week on New TV by Sayid Franjiyyah, and now I am reading it in Ibrahim Al-Amin's column. According to this theory, Bandar Bin Sultan is running Saudi foreign policy almost independently of the king. The analysis makes the King looks like an innocent bystander.
