There was an interview that was taped 3 years ago on New TV with Jubran Tuwayni and his wife. It was reaired last week. In it, Tuwayni and his wife talked about two "memorable" incidents. In one of them, they said that they were on the plane with Richard Gere. But they said that Richard Gere was very rude to them because Jubran is so good looking, which made Gere feel jealous. Secondly, Jubran talked about a "meeting" he had with Bill Clinton in New York City which the latter so desired his wife, and could not take his eyes away from her. In upper class Lebanon, such fabrications make you a celebrity.
