So the Washington Post published a review of Jimmy Carter's new book on Palestine. So who does the Washington Post ask to review the book? Well, to try to stay as "fair and balanced" as Fox News, the Washington Post could not find a better reviewer than a person who served in the Israeli occupation army, and whose silly writings on the Middle East are full of venom, ignorance, and wild generalizations and exaggerations and fabrications. (He is the same guy who peddled the theory that Muslims are mad because they want to have sex in heaven--he softened his belief in the theory when an Egyptian lawyer reminded him that Muslims do have sex on earth). If you believe Goldberg (in his Hizbullah articles in New Yorker), you would think that Hizbullah is sweeping...LATIN America. Search the site (the google search is below) for more on this Goldberg guy. I always mention him in my talks are probably the worst writer on the Middle East in US publications--and the competition is stiff, believe you me. And do you notice that Zionists admire Evangelical Christians (and forgive their anti-Semitism) when they support Israeli violence, but faults Evangelical Christians when they offer any support for the Palestinians, and they attribute that support to anti-Semitism? (thanks Ken)
