I am serious. I really want to know. Does anybody know when King `Abdullah of Saudi Arabia learn to read and write? I watched today him read the speech in Riyadh at the opening of the GCC meeting. It is most painful and torturous--if you were him. He would make a mistake of grammar almost with every word. He also sounds as if he reads without understanding the meaning of the words.
