So Democrats have a new plan for Iraq. Well, they really don't (they could not agree on a plan) have a plan but they will keep talking about a new plan. This reminds me of Ross Perot when he kept talking about the need to talk about the issues in campaigns. And when he would be asked about the issues, he would get upset: protesting that this was an "ambush" by DC journalists.
