Walid Jumblat yesterday told Al-Mustaqbal newspaper that the states that had nuclear weapons during the Cold War were "more rational" than later powers. Jumblat, of course, has not read about Hiroshima and Nakazaki, although he subscribes to the New York Review of Books.
