In the new book, State of Denial, by Bob Woodward (I shall tell you more about it when I finish reading it), it says that Dick Cheney (perhaps under the advise of his friend Bernard Lewis who is the top Orientalist numerologist alive) strongly believed that Saddam Husayn had given his WMDs to Hizbullah to hide in the Biqa` Valley.
