Michel `Awn who is seen smiling while one of his lieutenants shakes the hand of an Israeli occupation officer in Lebanon in 1982. This came because `Awn criticized Minister of Ping Pong, Ahmad Fatfat, for his role in the humiliation of the Marji`yun barracks. But the Hariri rag did not say that nobody, NOBODY, had more amicable dealings with the Israeli occupiers than Rafiq Hariri's chief advisor, Johny `Abduh who hosted Sharon in his house many times, and who told the Israelis--according to published Israeli accounts--to be more ruthless in their bombings in 1982.
