Just drop the legal facade. Who are you fooling. It would be much better if Israel were to just drop all those legal facades that they use to cover up the true nature of Zionism in Palestine. They kidnapped the elected Speaker of the Palestinian parliament, and then they put him before a court to give an impression of "legality". Who do they think they are kidding?
