I am not in the habit of linking or posting Israeli propaganda pieces. So I watched the video released by Israeli propaganda of an interview with a kidnapped Hizbullah fighter, hailed as "a Hizbullah fighter who participated in the capture of the two Israeli soldiers." First, it is against the rules of war to use enemy prisoners for propaganda. But since when does Israel observe any rules, of war or of peace? Second, the Israeli orientalists did not do a good job with the translation. Thirdly, the man clearly was not a top fighter if his only training period was 45 days. As-Sa`iqah training for its regular fighters was 6 months. Fourthly, he was not one of the men who captured the Israeli soldiers, as is clear from the testimony. Fifthly, you feel that there was some form of pressures behind the camera: when he is asked a question, and he hesitates, you suddenly then see him giving an answer. I don't need human rights organizations to tell me about Israeli torture of prisoners: I have seen a people with evidence of torture on their bodies after being released from Israeli prisons in 1982 and 1983.
