Apparently, the Israeli commando raid on Tyre yesterday was another failure. It aimed at a Hizbullah leader who was visiting the region but got instead probably another grocer. If this war did not do anything (and it destroyed Lebanon for sure), it certainly destroyed the feat factor among the Arabs. This is how significant this war will be in Arab politics no matter what the final outcome will be. And the fear factor has been nurtured and encouraged by Israel and by Arab regimes, for different reasons.
