Saddam's lousy Arabic. I am so glad that Al-Quds Al-`Arabi printed this hand-written letter by Saddam. You can see for yourself Saddam's misuse of language. Just read and count the many grammatical mistakes: he does not know that "lam" tajzimu al-fi`l, among other mistakes, and I am assuming that he writes the hamzah according to the Egyptian style.
