SECRETARY RICE: Look, I am going to go to a place where we can all meet and talk about what needs to move forward. What I won't do is go someplace and try to get a ceasefire that I know isn't going to last. We're just in a different circumstance and I think, frankly, people in the region understand that as well as people in Lebanon."
