Nadim Gemayyel's mom now allows him to speak. So Nadim Gemayyel spoke today on the LBC controversy. He spoke about the need for tolerating media criticisms of politicians. Oh, ya. When his war criminal father, Bashir, was head of the Lebanese Forces, he once watched the news cast on state TV (before the days of LBC). He did not approve of what he saw, so he sent his thugs to kidnap the then director of TV, Charles Rizq, and put him in the trunk of a car, and to bring him to his office. That was done. He was also physically threatened. Rizq (who is now the Justice Minister in Lebanon) told me the story.
