My mother was observing the other day that Bahiyya Al-Hariri has been most sane and most reasonable since the death of Rafiq Hariri. I agree. Her rhetoric is quite different from the rhetoric of the crazy February 14th Movement, and from the rhetoric of mini-Hariri. She has also maintained excellent ties with the Palestinian groups in South Lebanon.
