Do you notice that the "liberalism" of Saudi-funded Arab media ends when it comes to Saudi Wahhabi verdicts. The Mufti (above) was interviewed on Al-Arabiyya TV (which is avidly watched and supported by David Ignatius of the WP who does not know Arabic) and he denounced Turabi's views. Do you see where religious fanaticism in the Middle East come from? From a government with which the US government has "permanent friendship." Enjoy.
