This is a sure sign of the sectarianism and feudalism of Lebanese politics: not a single person has resigned from Jumblat's sectarian party to protest his radical, political transformation. Also, Hizbullah should be blamed for the disproportionately big role that Jumblat is playing, just as they helped Hariri Inc and Samir Ja`ja` in the last election. Everybody in Lebanon is upsetting me, and the Lebanese Communist Party is as dormant as ever. (I must confess that I am proud of my mother: she is a proud Sunni Muslim from Beirut who has opposed the Hariri Inc trend all along.)
