There is nothing more silly and more boring and more unsophisticated than the "documentaries" on Lebanon that run on Al-Arabiyya TV. (Fadi: I mean, do you see quality in them when you buy them? I mean, really. I am talking about the new one airing now.) But I like them for one reason: it shows you that Hummus supporters in Lebanon have the same propaganda style of Iraqi and Syrian Ba`thists: crude, direct, unsophisticated, dishonest, unimaginative, unsubtle, vulgar, one-sided, and pushy. And I think that the "filmmaker" plagiarizes the style of Eliane Raheb, who is working on an anti-Hummus documentary on Lebanon.
