Is there any political matter that the Maronite Patriarch, Sfayr, does not have say on in Lebanon? And why does he act as if he heads the largest community in Lebanon, when it is the third in size? And why does he act as if all Maronites in Lebanon agree with him, and succumb to his supreme political role? But then again, the sectarian Lebanese political leaders (of all sects) are at least partly responsible for this phenomenon.
