Yesterday, I talked to an American foreign correspondent who was interviewed by the foreign editors of the New York Times for a job at the paper. He/she told me that his/her past articles that dealt with or mentioned Israel were of the most concern to the editors. The editors were also displeased that he/she had published one article in an on-line magazine that is not considered "friendly" to Israel. Not all the news that is fit to print.
