The US ambassdor in Lebanon (Walid Jumblat calls him "Jeff") is a man who abhors all vestiages of propaganda or even public relations stunts. So when Jeff pays his respect to Hariri's tomb, he does so without alerting the media. Nobody knows when, quietly and away from the instrusive eyes of the media, he goes there just to pay his respect.
