According to the report, 27 permanent military roadblocks are being set up by Israel in the West Bank and 26 others on the borders between Israel and the West Bank in addition to hundreds of barricades which are intermittently used, adding that Israel is detaining 741 Palestinian administrative prisoners in its concentration camps who have not been convicted or brought before court and whose release is still undecided."
