The special committee for the eradication of the Ba`th Party in Iraq has decided to confiscate all books and publications that praise Saddam or the Ba`th. But then it did something that only Saddam would have done: it prohibited the use of such publications by any college student in Iraq. Similarly, under Saddam, college students in Iraq were prohibited from reading any publications that criticized the Ba`th or his regime.
